It’s just like instant coffee but actually healthy! Perfect for all those days when you don’t have the time or the brain space to make your own bone broth. I always have a jar in my pantry for busy mornings. It’s great to have one in your workplace, too.
Bone broth has fantastic nutritional benefits for the gut, skin, brain, mood, and immune system. It’s simply a powerhouse of nutrition!
Bone broth has been made for hundreds of years by our grandparents and their grandparents due to its traditional gut health properties. The protein is made up of beneficial amino acids in a specific ratio that is also unique and otherwise not available in lean cuts of meat typically found in the modern diet. Leading busy lives can make it hard to find time to make bone broth from scratch.
Nutrients for Immune & Gut Health
Our Beef Bone Broth is loaded with traditional Chinese adaptogenic mushrooms and a wholesome source of Vitamin D. It is also a source of protein, with almost 20 % of it being pure protein from collagen. Protein is necessary for tissue building and repair as part of a balanced diet.
How is Bone Broth made?
Roasted beef bones are added to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximise nutrient extraction) and slow-cooked for 48 hours. The broth is then strained for impurities, and the fat is skimmed off the top. It is gently refractance window dried into a powder, taking care to preserve the precious nutrients.
